Alpha Lipoic Acid

Was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2000. Had poor glucose control for years!!! Then I learned about ALA, called Alpha Lipoic Acid. Been used in Germany since 1972.
It is a powerful antioxcidant, which has been proven to first lower blood glucose, and also, prevent further nerve damage in diabetics. It also can improve nerve blood flow too, and improve circulation as well. Its sold in health stores, the best oral dosage is 600 milligrams a day for neurapathy, and 300 mg for glucose control. I highly recommend it to every type 2 diabetic out there, this stuff is really good!!!

By all means, please use it for your peripheral neurapathy!! It will prevent it from getting worse, and also it can help regenerate new nerves in the body, and of course it lowers blood sugar, let me know if I can help you further!

For quite some time I was looking for alpha lipoic acid. I learned that it's great for the skin. Now I've been looking for it again because I learned it's best for my neuropathy.
