Hello.Wow, you really have your hands full.My daughter was 6 when she was diagnosed. She is 10 now.It was devastating to me but after the initial shock. I was very thankful it was diabetes and not something that could be so much worse. It's funny how our kids can be so strong in real hard times,I was a mess and Shina never cried either except with the I.V needle.I had no clue what was wrong with her. She seemed depressed to me as she didn't want to play or anything. After a few days she got sick and threw up, so to the doctor we went.I had this feeling it was going to be bad. I prayed for the strength to walk through whatever it was, and He came through for us and has continued to be beside us every step of the way.Her diabetes has made us very close and she is my hero. She's in 5th grade now and she is doing good. It's hard when we don't have the answers to all the why questions, but we just have to ask for wisdom every day.Well, nice to meet you. Take care.
