Great Chicken Recipe-Low Carb!

Ingredients:


Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook

Ronzoni Smart Taste Rontini Pasta, 6 oz

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 1 Tbsp

Garlic, 1 tsp

*Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup

Milk, 2%, 1 cup

Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz

Argo Corn Starch, 1 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp


Directions SPRAY YOUR PAN WITH PAM AND PUT CUT UP CHICKEN IN PAN AND BROWN IT TILL DONE AND NO PINK INSIDE..THEN TAKE CHICKEN OUT OF PAN . PUT BROTH AND MILK AND BUTTER AND CHEESE IN PAN AND STIR TILL HEATED..THEN MIX CORN STARCH AND A LITTLE COLD WATER AND THEN PUT CORN STARCH LIQUID IN WITH BROTH AND MIX TILL THICKENED ..THEN ADD YOUR CHICKEN AND SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES..PLACE ON TOP OF COOKED ROTINI PASTA.. SO YUMMY! Number of Servings: 3
