LEMON CHICKEN

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves


1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing

1 tablespoon finely shred lemon peel


1/4 cup lemon juice


Place chicken breast halves in a self-sealing plastic bag set in a shallow dish In a small bowl, stir together italian salad dressing, finely shed lemon peel and lemon juice for marinade Pour marinade over chicken breast, seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally Drain chicken, reserving marinade Preheat gas grill, reduce to medium heat Place chicken on grill rack over heat and grill chicken for about 12 minutes Brush marinade over chicken while grilling and discard remaining marinade
