Low Carb Chicken Soup

Low-carb, healthy and delicious taste is possible. My favorite one would be "Low-carb Chicken Soup". Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients

* 1 tablespoon butter

* 5 skinless chicken thighs *

3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth *

1 onion, finely chopped *

1 bunch celery, chopped *

4 carrots, peeled and chopped *

1 pinch garlic salt *

1 pinch pepper

Directions Starting off with seasoning the chicken thighs using salt and pepper. In a sauce pan, heat butter let it melt. Take the seasoned thigh and brown both sides on butter without burning. Pour broth over the chicken right after; bring to a boil until chicken is throughly cooked. Meanwhile, you should chop all vegetables if you didn't do so at the beginning. Now remove chicken from the broth, and add veggies to the pot. On a cutting board, chop the chicken into chunks and remove bones and return to the broth. Simmer until the veggies are tender and season the broth to taste. Enjoy.
