What is the difference between Mixtand 30/70 and Novomix 30?

Hi, I am a patient of type 1 diabetes and recently suffered some wounds, not exactly wounds, the skin above stomach where I took insulin injection was getting tighter and it was getting bigger. He told that antibodies have developed and would require to change the type of insulin. Now, I use Novomix 30 instead of Mixtard 30/70. And he told that there is no medicine for this problem.
