Candied Yams Ingredients

1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

2 tbsp Syrup, corn, light

1 tbsp white all purpose flour

1 tbsp margarine

40 oz. sweet potatoes, dark orange, canned, with syrup, drained, sliced

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix brown Splenda, corn syrup, flour, and margarine in a pot and let boil, whisking continually. Take pot off of heat.

Arrange sweet potatoes in a 10 x 6 inch baking dish spooning sauce between layers of potatoes, and with glaze as the top layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until heated through.
