1 refrigerated pizza dough (13.5 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Preheat the oven to 450. Using your fingertips or the heel of your hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan, creating a rim at the edges.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic;mix well and brush over the crust. Top with the cheese and tomato slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the basil. Slice and serve immediately.
