Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower cut into bite size florets

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

2 tbs chopped garlic (more or less to taste)

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put all ingredients into gallon size Ziploc bag or large salad bowl and mix well until all pieces are well coated. Pour onto large rimmed baking sheet and put in oven for apx 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and return to oven. Remove when cheese is melted, apx 10 minutes.
