Simply Super Salad

One red pepper, sliced

Half a sweet onion, sliced

One can of Mandarin Oranges, drained

Romaine lettuce, torn into bitesize pieces

Half a red onion, sliced

1. Put all ingredients into one big serving bowl.

2. Mix together with a spoon to ensure mixed veggies in each helping.

3. Place on table with salad server. This is a quick and easy salad to make and goes well with other dishes or for a meal by itself. Some like it with oil and vinegar dressing that proves to be healthy and delicious.

Super Easy Grilled Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 cup Italian salad dressing

Method: Put the chicken and salad dressing in a large Zip-Loc bag. Squeeze out the air, seal, and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 to 3 hours. Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill them on your barbeque (or your George Foreman grill for about 9 minutes) until no pick remains when you cut into the thickest part.
