Preparation: Boil potatoes either in microwave or in water till they mash. Grind the tomato. Mix the mashed patatos, the ground tomato, and the grits in one pot. Add water. The thicker you like the soup, the less water you add. Add rosemary, after chopping pines in smaller parts. Let boil for 5-7 minutes. Turn heat off, add American cheese slices and the blue cheese crumbs. Stir well for them to blend. Cover pot and let it simmer for a few minutes before serving.
