Instructions: Drain the Tofu and soak it in vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Then carefully cut it bite- sized pieces. Chop the vegetables into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add all vegetables and fry them on medium heat until tender, add 1 Teaspoon of salt. Then add the Tofu and fry for about 5 minutes under constant stirring until lightly browned. Combine soysauce, garlic and pepper and pour it over the vegetable-tofu mix. Lower the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
