Absolutely Low Carb Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup SOY Flour


1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

1 slightly beaten egg

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions: Sift dry ingredients. Stir in cheese. Combine egg and milk. Pour egg/milk mixture over dry ingredients and mix together. Roll out dough in 8x8 square and cut into approximately 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle lightly with additional salt. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 min. Bottom of bread will be crunchy and top crust lightly golden. Nutrition Information This recipe has only 32 carbs total approximately one per piece of bread.
