Great Start Fruit Shake

This Great Start Fruit Shake is filled with great fruits that are nourishing to the body and very low in fat.

1 large frozen ripe banana, cut into small pieces

1 medium ripe mango (about 1 pound), peeled,pitted and chopped

1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapplein juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup skim milk

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 ice cubes

1. In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine banana, mango, pineapple with juice, orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.

2. Add ice cubes, 1 at a time, to blender, pulsing after each addition, until mixture is smooth and foamy, about 1 minute. Pour fruit mixture into 4 chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
