Pork Chops with Some Zeal

Trim fat from pork chop, season both sides heavily with cinnamon, ground toasted cumin seeds, garlic powder and basalmic vinegar. Stab with a fork and let sit for a while. Grill or pan fry. Serve with steamed broccoli and/or cauliflower and ICBINB spray.
